Our Private Tours include pick-up from Margaret River, Dunsborough, Busselton, Vasse, Yallingup and Augusta. Perth pickups are also available if booking more than one day.
Personalised Private Tours are between 4 and 7 hours, depending on the activities you choose.
We can seat a maximum of 11 adults in our vehicles. If you have a larger group, please enquire as we can get out of our way to accommodate

The prices advertised include transport, expert planning, bookings and all arrangements throughout the day. Other inclusions vary — as part of the planning, we share full details for you to pick your preferred choices.
The advertised prices do not include lunch and food by default, but these can be added as we plan the tour for you. We can arrange winery lunches, cheese platters or grazing boards, and any dining experience based on your preferences.
Yes, children of any age are welcome, and we can provide child seats. Let us know when you book as there are many kid-friendly activities in Margaret River that we can include on your tour.
Yes, absolutely. Our Private Bespoke Tours are fully flexible, so we can adjust the itinerary as the day unfolds. Whether it is staying longer somewhere you are enjoying or changing direction, we adjust the day in real time to suit your preferences.
A 20% deposit will be paid upon confirmation of the tour. Balance is due 7 days before the tour date. We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, or Bank Transfers.
Bookings are fully refundable for cancellations up to 7 days before tour date. 20% deposit will be held for cancellations up to 5 days before tour date. No refund will be provided for cancellations less than 5 days prior to the tour.
No, only the people in your group will be on the tour.
We can include anything you wish - within reason, of course. We will make suggestions of experiences and places suited to your interests and tailor the day around visiting bespoke producers in Margaret River. However, the choice is yours (within reason!)
