Is lunch included in the tours?
Yes, lunch is included on both our shared group tours: Hidden Gems Tour and Secret Delights Tour. We work with quality local venues that reflect the Margaret River experience, combining great food, local produce, and a relaxed setting that complements the day. For our Private Bespoke Tour, lunch is fully flexible. We’ll recommend premium wineries, gourmet restaurants, and unique local venues, and you can choose the style of lunch you prefer — from a casual lunch stop to a premium dining experience at a winery.
Do the tours incude transport?
Yes, transport is included in all our tours. No self-driving! Our vehicles are comfortable, clean, fully licensed, and professionally maintained, so you can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics.
Where do you pick up from?
- Hidden Gems Full Day Wine Tour and Secret Delights Curated Wine Tour: we pick up and drop off guests at any accommodation in the local Margaret River area, approximately a 10km radius from the town centre. - Private Tours: pick-up from anywhere in the regoin, including Margaret River, Dunsborough, Busselton, Vasse, Yallingup and Augusta. Perth pickups are also available for multiple day bookings.
What time do you pick up?
- Hidden Gems Full Day Wine Tour: 9:00am. - Secret Delights Curated Wine Tour: 10:00am. - Private Tours: customised to your wishes. Please note: for the tour to start at the designated time, pick up might be earlier – we contact each guest the day before to confirm precise pick-up details.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater for dietary requirements on request. Please inform us when booking, so we can make the needed arrangements.
How long in advance should I book?
Our tours are highly demanded and have very limited availability. Don't risk on missing out on your preferred date; the sooner you book, the better.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Hidden Gems Full Day Wine Tour & Secret Delights Curated Wine Tour: we offer full refunds for cancellations at least 24 hours before the tour starts. - Private Bespoke Tours: Bookings are fully refundable for cancellations up to 7 days before tour date. 20% deposit will be held for cancellations up to 5 days before tour date. No refund will be provided for cancellations less than 5 days prior to the tour.
What happens if there’s bad weather?
The weather rarely prevents us from running our tours. Within our experise, we adapt the itinerary to suit weather and any other conditions on each given day. If we need to cancel, we will contact you in advance and offer to reschedule your tour or refund you in full.
Are your tours family friendly?
Yes, we have family friendly tours. - Private Bespoke Tours: children of any age are welcome, and we can provide child seats. Let us know when you book as there are many kid-friendly activities in Margaret River that we can include on your tour. - Hidden Gems Full Day Wine Tour & Secret Delights Curated Wine Tour: children aged 3 and over are welcome on this tour. We offer a child price, which includes a kids meal. In fact, our tours have plenty of activities to keep people of all ages entertained.
